After my strict dieting has ended, I want to eat:

Anything with sugar and salt. And lots of water!

The thing I like the most about contest preparation is:

Watching my body go through an incredible transformation and having complete 

control of what I eat and drink. Being able to inspire others. Feeling good about 

“making it to the finish line.”

The thing I like the least about contest preparation is:

Eating foods that have no seasonings, sauces, or dressing.

My biggest motivator: Challenging myself  to “keep pushing” while balancing 

family and business. Teaching my kids about discipline, goal setting, and success.
